Role Overview
The Treasury Implementation Manager will take end-to-end ownership of this critical project, CLO implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. You will work across multiple functions, building the right relationships to activate key teams and remove delivery blockers. This is a hands-on role for a strong leader who can independently manage priorities, assess risks, and ensure successful project completion without unnecessary delay.
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead.
* Experience in Treasury systems and processes, preferably of implementing a Treasury system.
* Hands-on experience of CLO (Collateralised Loan Obligation) software.
* Track record of delivering projects at pace within dynamic, high-growth organisations.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
* Confident, decisive, and able to work independently with minimal direction.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve critical issues.
