Key Responsibilities:
* Developing strategic direction for debt structuring, including implementing up-to-date methodologies and processes.
* Managing debt structuring activities, overseeing team performance, and ensuring departmental goals are met.
* Managing relationships with stakeholders and external third-party service providers.
* Developing policies and procedures for debt structuring.
* Managing debt structuring risk, identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
* Monitoring financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and costs.
* Conducting market research to understand trends, competition, and regulatory changes.
* Advising on policy development and operational effectiveness, collaborating with other divisions.
* Leading a team or guiding collaborative assignments, setting objectives, and coaching employees.
* Demonstrating leadership behaviors (Listen, Energize, Align, Develop) or guiding teams through complex projects.
* Consulting on complex issues, mitigating risks, and developing policies to support governance.
* Managing risks and strengthening controls related to debt structuring activities.
