Are you passionate about helping and supporting older people to live independently? If so, we would love you to come and join our amazing mutual! The role will be based on-site at one of our Community Living Schemes.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a first line support service to enhance wellbeing
* Coordinate community events to help reduce social isolation
* Assist with the general day to day running of our Community Living Schemes
* Clean communal areas
* Health and Safety Checks
* Minor Repairs
Ideal candidate / Qualifications
* Excellent communicator who can easily develop good working relationships with an empathetic approach
* Pride in delivering the best service possible with exemplary professional boundaries
* Passionate about making a difference with experience of delivering support to vulnerable people
* Well organized with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
* DBS check will be required due to the nature of this role
