Carmichael are seeking a Health and Safety Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis based in Watford
The role id temp till mid-June.
Support Occupational Health team to provide first class occupational health services to our employees and management through ad hoc project work, including but not limited to:
Rebuilding Occupational Health intranet page in SharePoint to provide better user experience
Support Occupational Health & Wellbeing lead to review OH filing and improve records retention and deletion processes
Digitisation of forms and processes
Must have SharePoint experience to be considered for the position
Experience
• Data skills
• Attention to detail
• Data Protection role experience ideal but not mandatory
• Full Microsoft Suite skills
• PowerBI and PowerApp skills ideal but not mandatory
