Red Bull Advanced Technologies (RBAT) is a powerhouse of innovation working on groundbreaking projects across land, sea, and air, including the RB17 Hypercar, a submarine, collaborations with KTM Moto GP Team, and the Americas Cup campaign with Alinghi Red Bull Racing. We are constantly pushing performance to new heights, exemplified by the RB17 two-seat Hypercar. We now offer an exciting opportunity to join our expanding supply chain operations as a Supplier Quality Engineer on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The role involves providing quality engineering support to our Manufacturing, Assembly, and Quality teams, ensuring quality standards are met and risks are minimized.
The responsibilities include:
* Creating, managing, and publishing Quality Standard Operating Procedures with implementation guidelines.
* Developing and maintaining Standards documents that complement process procedures.
* Establishing and promoting quality standards and principles in engineering and manufacturing processes.
* Developing quality control systems with corrective action processes.
* Leading the planning, development, and implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
* Building strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality requirements are understood and met, facilitating efficient delivery of quality parts.
* Leading and facilitating Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) across projects.
* Contributing to the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to validate quality phases for Design for Manufacture/Assembly (DFM/A).
To be considered, candidates should have:
* Experience in a similar quality role within manufacturing or assembly industries.
* A strong background in composites and mechanical engineering.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels.
* Knowledge of SPC, MSA, Gauge R&R, and FMEA deployment.
* A good understanding of metrology principles and measurement techniques, including GD&T.
