Customer Success Manager (SaaS)
Woking - hybrid
Up to £33,000 + bonus
We are recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to join a thriving ‘Tech for Good’ company in a time of growth and innovation.
In this role you will help clients get the most from the companies SaaS tech. If you're great at building relationships, solving problems, and driving value, this role’s for you.
What you’ll do:
* Own and grow customer accounts
* Be the go-to contact for support, feedback, and strategy
* Work cross-functionally to deliver top-notch onboarding and ongoing value
* Spot opportunities for growth and share success stories
What you’ll bring:
* Proven experience within a SaaS Customer Success environment.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong project and time management abilities
* A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
* Experience in a client-facing role
