Job Description
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project.
* Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
* Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
* Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
* Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
* Provide leadership and support to the project team.
* Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim PMO should have:
* Significant project management and delivery experience.
* Proven experience of delivering projects to time, cost and quality.
* Successful experience of translating analysis into practical implementation.
* Strong leadership skills with a dedication to drive projects to success.
* Facilitation and workshop experience.
* Experience of different project management approaches e.g. agile and waterfall.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
