Job Title: Door Entry / Access Control Engineer
Location: Maidstone/Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 per annum (DOE)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Door Entry / Access Control Engineer to join our growing fire team covering Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of door entry and access control systems across a range of commercial, social housing, and town centre properties.

Key Responsibilities
* Installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of door entry and access control systems
* Working on both new installations and reactive maintenance contracts
* Upgrading and commissioning systems to current industry standards
* Providing excellent customer service to clients and residents
* Accurate completion of job reports and documentation
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years’ experience working with intercom/door entry systems (ideally including ENTROTEC)
* Minimum 5+ years’ experience working with access control systems (ideally including INTRATONE, PAC, and ENSIGN)
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Experience
* Experience working within social housing environments
* Experience working in town centre / high-footfall commercial environments
Salary & Benefits
* £38,000 – £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)
