We're currently looking for experienced, reliable, and compassionate Support Workers in the Portsmouth area to join our growing team.
You will be supporting children and young people on a 1:1 basis, following an individual activity plan tailored to their needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for those who are passionate about making a real difference in a young person's life.
What We're Looking For:
1. Minimum 6 months experience in a support or care role
2. Must drive and have access to your own vehicle
3. Confident working 1:1 with children or young people
4. Flexible, proactive, and able to follow structured activity plans
5. Friendly, professional, and reliable
