You will be placed in ONE location (Wroughton or Highworth) but to meet the needs of the business you may be requested to go to our other locations Rodbourne or Moredon. Ideally, you will have at least 6 months' care experience; however, this is not essential as full paid training, and shadow shifts will be provided. About the Role As a Healthcare Assistant, you will promote independence and provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's care plan.
