In the role you will manage customer accounts, monitor purchase orders and delivery timelines, and handle day-to-day customer communications. You will use SAP and Excel to manage data, process customer orders, raise works orders, and contribute to planning and invoicing. You will also get involved in project work, stock control, and supporting New Product Introductions as part of a collaborative and supportive team.

Manage customer accounts using SAP and Excel
Handle order processing, invoicing, planning and general office duties
