Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
Oversee all aspects of home management, from care quality excellence to financial performance.
Drive occupancy and build strong community relationships.
Guide and support the Deputy Manager in day-to-day operations.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain the home’s “Good” rating.
Play a key role in managing short-term admissions effectively
Champion best practices in dementia and complex care.
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven track record of strong track record of staff management and leadership
Experience of providing support into the elderly/dementia care setting
