The University of St Andrews is seeking a dedicated and proactive Associate HR Business Partner to join our HR Partnering Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the delivery of strategic people initiatives within a world-leading academic institution. In this key role, you will support Strategic HR Business Partners in delivering expert guidance across a wide range of people-related matters including employee relations, performance and absence management, talent development, and organisational change. You will coach and influence managers, ensure consistent policy application, and contribute to strategic HR initiatives that shape the future of our workforce. This is a fixed term post for two years. This post will be primarily based at the Eden Campus at Guardbridge, a state-of-the-art working environment for professional services units.
