In this dual function role you will split your time between
Inbound Customer Service – Handling calls and emails from our valued customers providing accurate information - resolving queries and ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint.
Outbound Telesales Activity – be a hunter, be proactive and engage with existing and potential customers to develop relationships, understand their needs and identity opportunities to grow sales.
What we need you to have
Experience in customer service, telesales or internal account management
Strong communication skills
Confident telephone manner
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Proactive sales approach with a can do attitude
