The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will become part of a close-knit Quantity Surveying and Project Management team delivering high-quality cost consultancy services across a diverse range of sectors. Projects include residential, commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, and mixed-use developments throughout Essex, London, and the South East. Day to day, the Project Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for managing projects from inception through to completion, providing cost planning, procurement advice, contract administration support, valuations, and final account negotiations. The role offers regular client interaction and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on both new and existing commissions. This position provides clear career progression, varied project exposure, and the chance to further develop professional expertise within a growing consultancy.
