We cover the entire value chain from putting together client portfolio proposals that account for our relative value views with effective portfolio construction and investment knowledge all the way to ensuring the strict adherence to investment objectives and constraints
4. We are the quantitative experts in the firm taking responsibility for the high risk and high complexity areas. Beside the numerous quantitative portfolio management aspects, these complex areas include various corporate responsibilities, investment management for our balance sheet, corporate steering tools and pricing
5. Analysts will gain valuable exposure working in collaboration with various teams across the department globally and gain hands-on experience in strategic steering, portfolio management and quantitative strategy & models. Analysts will undergo a four-week training program to build the necessary skillsets to be successful before starting their first rotation

What we expect
10. Students to graduate in Summer 2026 or new graduates with a strong quantitative background e.g. Quant Finance, Statistics, Economics, Physics, Mathematics or similar studies
11. Team players who possess determination, resilience, effective communication skills, and the ability to inspire others and think outside the box
