Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons for students with a range of SEN needs Create an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere Work collaboratively with TAs, therapists, and other professionals to support pupils’ learning and development Focus on supporting the social, emotional, and academic progress of children in your class Maintain strong communication with parents and carers Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience in SEN teaching (or a keen interest in working within an SEN setting) A creative, patient, and flexible approach to teaching Strong classroom management skills A commitment to providing the best outcomes for children At Supply Hive, safeguarding is a top priority.
