Behaviour Support Mentor Location: Chester le Street Working hours: 8:30am – 4pm (Monday to Friday) Contract type: Long term, immediate start Leader Education are seeking a committed and highly motivated Behaviour Support Mentor to work with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students presenting with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This specialist PRU provision supports young people who are at risk of, or have experienced, permanent exclusion from mainstream education, offering a structured and therapeutic approach to re-engagement in learning. The setting is underpinned by a collaborative and student-centred ethos, where staff work closely to provide a safe, consistent, and nurturing environment. Within this framework, students are supported to rebuild confidence, develop emotional resilience, and achieve sustained personal and academic progress.
