The Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading aesthetics organisation renowned for delivering premium devices, injectables and advanced skincare solutions into the UK medical aesthetics market.
With a portfolio of globally recognised brands spanning dermal fillers, injectables, and cosmeceutical skincare, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth. As a result, they are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to accelerate commercial success across the South West of England.
The Role
This is a senior, field-based commercial role focused on driving revenue growth, strengthening key client relationships, and expanding market share.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading new business acquisition across your territory
* Managing and strategically growing high-value clinic accounts
* Promoting a premium portfolio of injectables and advanced skincare products
* Delivering product training and commercial guidance to practitioners
* Identifying and capitalising on opportunities to deepen account penetration
* Collaborating with marketing and clinical teams to maximise campaign impact
About You
We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded sales professional with a strong presence in the aesthetics market.
You will have:
* Proven experience selling devices, injectables, dermal fillers, or medical-grade skincare
* An established network within aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and medical professionals
* A strong track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets
* Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
* A driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth
