As Production Manager, youll lead a dedicated team of craftspeople and technicians in a modern, lean-driven production facility. Youll have the autonomy to shape production processes, drive continuous improvement, and uphold the exceptional standards the company is known for.

Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to achieve performance targets
Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and resource allocation
Drive Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain quality assurance standards and compliance with safety procedures
Oversee preventative maintenance and reduce production downtime
Collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams for on-time, in-spec delivery
Manage production budgets and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies
About You Proven experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma and modern production processes
Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
Organised, data-driven, and confident using production management systems
Committed to maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards
