The Role As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting classroom teachers in providing the best support possible to students aged 5-16 years old. The school specialises in severe, complex, and moderate learning disabilities, particularly: Autism Spectrum Disorder and communication difficulties Challenging behaviours This provision combines a Steiner-inspired curriculum with bespoke academic and vocational programmes, supported by a multi-disciplinary team offering therapies such as speech and language, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, art therapy and music therapy.
