Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a well-established financial planning firm based in Belfast to recruit for a Senior Pensions Administrator.
The Client
Our client is a highly respected and close-knit financial planning practice, with a strong team of Financial Advisors and administrative professionals supporting a growing client base.
They offer a collaborative environment where technical support staff play a key role in the advice process, working closely with advisors to deliver high-quality, compliant financial planning solutions to clients.
The Role
This is a key position within the business, supporting a pool of Financial Advisors with technical pensions and financial planning administration.
You will play an integral role in ensuring clients receive well-informed, compliant advice, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service.
Duties will include:
* Help preparing suitability reports and technical documentation for client recommendations
* Producing illustrations, key features and supporting documentation for client meetings
* Conducting research across pensions, investments, protection and wider financial planning areas
* Analysing client circumstances, objectives and risk profiles
* Supporting advisors with comparisons, technical queries and case preparation
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records on internal systems
* Ensuring all work aligns with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards
Essential Criteria
* Previous experience in a technical pensions or paraplanning role within an IFA or wealth management environment
* Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards)
* Strong knowledge of pensions and wider financial planning products
* Excellent attention to detail with strong report writing ability
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases
* Confident communicator, comfortable working closely with advisors and wider teams
