Role Overview: As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers, ensuring the smooth operation of the customer areas, and creating a welcoming environment. Activities involve greeting children, distributing balloons, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining cleanliness standards in the dining area and toilets, and fostering a warm atmosphere.
Key Skills: Establishing and maintaining positive communication with customers, working effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, and connecting with customers to make them feel valued. Natural friendliness, courtesy, helpfulness, and strong communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face interaction, and maintaining eye contact are essential. The ability to sustain high energy levels while working efficiently is also important.
