Our client, one of the UK's largest and most successful house-builders, are looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to help sell a scheme of 90 x 3 & 4 bedroom family homes in Eastbourne (BN24). The site is open 7 days a week and the successful applicant will be working double-manned, based from the sales suite, on a 10am to 5pm, Thursday to Monday shift pattern. Duties will include: * Meeting, greeting and financially qualifying potential purchasers * Demonstrating units and selling to needs * Taking reservations * Sales progression * Reporting on sales vs target * Conducting Market Research This is a chance to join a huge UK brand, with a large, continuous landbank in Kent; ensuring job security and local employment.
