An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Manufacturing MRP Controller to support a multi-disciplined team in the delivery of production contracts containing both development and production elements.
Salary: Circa £48,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 4 days per week on-site, 1 day remotely due to workload classification

The opportunity:
As an experienced MRP Controller, you will manage planning activities to deliver the Manufacturing Planning Schedule (MPS) on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role is based in Stevenage, supporting multi-project customer deliveries.
* Manage and supervise MRP Controllers in planning and scheduling materials in the MRP system, ensuring adequate supply for MPS output.
* Maintain manufacturing production schedules for various programmes.
* Schedule work across all process manufacturing facilities.
* Maintain accurate manufacturing bills of materials and project strategies in the MRP system.
* Assess new or amended customer demands and their impact on inventory and programmes.
* Coordinate non-conformance management controls to ensure timely completion of MP&C tasks.
* Monitor inventory levels and manage associated financial implications.
* Support and develop deployed resources, ensuring MRP Controllers are well-trained.
* Identify and lead process improvement initiatives through team working groups.
* Review potential work and support resource estimation processes.
* Engage in supply review processes to build a complete supply picture, supporting best practices and KPI reviews.
* Ensure health and safety compliance for deployed resources.
* Coordinate materials dispatch with appropriate documentation for delivery.
What we're looking for from you:
* Proven leadership in manufacturing planning, supply chain management, or similar roles.
* HNC level qualification or equivalent.
* APICs supply chain certification desirable but not essential.
* Experience with SAP beneficial.
* Strong planning and organisational skills.
