The Role
You’ll join a multi-team product area made up of product owners, developers, designers, and Scrum Masters. As a servant-leader, you’ll play a crucial role in fostering creativity, collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Guide teams in using Scrum and agile practices effectively
*
Coach teams to focus on outcomes and delivering value for customers
*
Identify and remove impediments to help teams achieve their sprint goals
*
Support teams in becoming self-managing and maintaining a sustainable pace
*
Build shared understanding between developers and product owners
*
Support product owners with backlog management and refinement
*
Help facilitate effective product planning
*
Facilitate Scrum events, using timeboxes appropriately
*
Encourage collaboration across teams and stakeholders
*
Enable creative problem-solving and innovation
*
Foster an environment of trust, transparency and healthy conflict resolution
*
Work with other Scrum Masters to strengthen cross-team alignment
*
Coach the wider organisation in Scrum and agile practices
Skills & Experience
*
Experience as a Scrum Master working with a technical team
*
Strong track record of coaching individuals and teams
*
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Hours & Location

Full-time (37.5 hours, Monday–Friday)
