GTCS Registration
You must be registered with the GTCS and maintain your registration, including paying any applicable fees. Teachers in their probationary year may apply for temporary, unpromoted vacancies at the probationer rate (£31,584 per year, pro-rata if applicable).
RC Approval
If applicable, the successful candidate must be approved by the Roman Catholic Church, in line with Section 21 (A) of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980. Forms are available from the Scottish Catholic Education Service: https://sces.org.uk/church-approval/
Head Teacher Reports
Successful candidates need to download, complete, and pass the appropriate report form to Human Resources via email: interview.support@inverclyde.gov.uk, copying the recruiting Head Teacher. Download forms at: Employment References
