A fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to join a brilliant boutique agency based in the heart of Birmingham.

As an Account Manager, you’ll become part of a talented client services team that prides itself on delivering a consultative, insight-led approach. You’ll provide strategic guidance and support across a wide range of marketing channels.
In this role, you will:
* Manage a portfolio of clients across the full customer journey, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
* Act as a trusted partner to clients and key stakeholders by developing a deep understanding of their industry, market trends, and business challenges.
* Collaborate closely with the wider team, contributing to a positive and supportive culture while helping ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
* Create and manage clear, detailed campaign plans, working closely with the delivery team to ensure alignment, clarity, and deadlines are met.
* Oversee budgets and resource allocation, ensuring client expectations are met while maintaining profitability.
To be considered, you’ll need to bring a strong mix of agency experience, commercial awareness, and digital confidence. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
* A solid background in a commercial marketing or account management role.
* Proven experience managing client accounts within an agency environment, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
* A track record of planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across creative, branding, content, digital, PR, and social channels.
* Practical, hands-on delivery experience, alongside the ability to confidently manage client and internal stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly both in writing and in conversation.
In addition, you’ll be a key player and work as part of the team. Be able to get into Birmingham a couple of days/week and be happy to go out and about to meet clients.
