Here at P&O Ferries we are seeking a Head of B2B to join our team here in Woking on a permanent basis.
This is an opportunity to work as part of the Passenger Commercial team, helping to ensure that our B2B strategy delivers margin growth, key partnerships are optimised, and new revenue channels are developed.
The successful candidate will have a proven record in sales and partnership strategy, commercial performance delivery, and team leadership. The role is based at our Woking office, there is flexibility for hybrid working but there will be business travel required on a regular basis.
Key responsibilities and duties:
* Develop and deliver the B2B passenger sales strategy across all third party channels
* Prioritise and optimise B2B partners to maximise margin and revenue
* Identify and secure new partnership opportunities in non-core and off-peak markets
* Collaborate with Revenue Management and Pricing to align third-party pricing and promotions
* Lead and manage the B2B contact centre team to fulfil indirect sales
* Monitor and manage cost of sales and contribution to ensure profitability
* Support ancillary revenue development through brand-enhancing opportunities
* Work with operational teams to ensure delivery of a high-quality B2B product
The ideal candidate will:
* Have strong senior experience in leisure travel industry partnership sales
* Be experienced in developing and implementing sales and partnership strategies
* Demonstrate strong commercial and financial acumen
* Have proven success in leading and motivating sales teams
* Be confident in using data and analysis to drive decision‑making
Desirable:
* Experience working with group travel, coach operators, tour agencies, or affiliate marketing partners
* Exposure to both online and offline B2B channels
