A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced surveyor to manage the maintenance, compliance and minor project work across this company’s Midlands portfolio. This is a remote role (home-based) where you’ll visit various sites as needed.
Responsibilities
* Manage maintenance, compliance and minor project work across the Midlands portfolio.
* Visit sites to check the condition of properties and identify both planned maintenance needs and reactive issues.
* Build strong relationships with site teams and coordinate across multiple locations.
* Ensure estate-wide compliance and organise projects as required.
* Deliver project work via JCT contracts: write specifications, tender to contractors and ensure quality of work.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience as a project manager, building surveyor, facilities manager or similar role.
* Autonomous work with the ability to manage multiple sites.
* Project delivery experience up to £300k is necessary.
* Experience in facilities, compliance and maintenance is beneficial.
* Chartered status is not required.
