Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ayr for an Assistant Operations & Retail Manager specializing in bespoke jewelry. The role involves assisting in the day-to-day management of store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include overseeing sales performance, supporting the retail team, fostering strong client relationships, and assisting in team management and development. You will play an integral part in ensuring smooth operations and a superior customer experience.

* Experience in achieving Customer Satisfaction and fostering long-term customer relationships
* Proven ability in Team Management to support, train, and guide retail staff
