HomeServe are recruiting directly employed Plumbing Engineers to join our team. As a Plumbing Engineer you will undertake the maintenance and repair work of plumbing systems in customers' homes, providing industry‑leading service and helping to enhance our reputation while driving customer growth.
Training Programme
* Week 1 – Attend our Head Office in Walsall Monday‑Friday to cover all things HomeServe, health and safety and receive your tools and equipment.
* Week 2 – Buddy up with an experienced HomeServe Plumbing Engineer.
Qualifications
* Level 2 in Plumbing – copies of certificates must be provided.
* 1st and 2nd fix plumbing experience.
* Experience working as a plumber in domestic housing.
* Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
* Excellent customer service.
* Proactive, ‘can do’ attitude.
* Keen eye for detail and problem‑solving skills.

Employment Details
Full Time – 40 hours per week, including some weekend, evening and bank holiday work.
Salary
£38,800 – £42,950 (salary dependent upon experience). Plus a £3,000 guaranteed bonus in your first year.
