We are helping a specialist injection moulding company working with advanced technical polymers to deliver high-precision components for the medical, consumer electronics, and other demanding sectors. With machines ranging from 50 to 400 tonnes, we pride ourselves on consistent quality, technical excellence, and reliability. The Role They are looking for a hands-on Factory Manager with strong technical knowledge of injection moulding and proven leadership skills to oversee production operations. You’ll lead a team of ~20 staff, manage workflow, ensure quality and delivery KPIs are met, and drive operational efficiency across the board.
