We’re working with a trusted, award-winning company with over 75 years of heritage in designing and delivering inclusive outdoor recreational solutions — from playground equipment to outdoor fitness spaces and urban park furniture.
As they expand globally, they’re hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to take charge of direct and channel sales efforts across key international markets. This is a rare opportunity to combine your commercial expertise with a mission-driven organisation that’s improving lives through play, health, and community spaces.
🔧 What you’ll be doing:
* Managing and growing a portfolio of clients across public and private sectors (e.g. municipalities, schools, architects, developers)
* Developing new sales opportunities with direct clients and through distributors/channel partners
* Representing a product suite that includes modular playground systems (e.g. UniPlay, UniMini), fitness stations, and street furniture
* Travelling occasionally for trade shows, client meetings, and site visits
* Working remotely with a collaborative, international team
✅ What we’re looking for:
* Strong experience (min 5 years) in solution-based B2B sales, ideally within outdoor recreational equipment, construction materials, playgrounds, or landscape design
* Familiarity with public sector procurement or working with distributors/partners
* Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (German, Spanish, or Polish is a big plus)
* Passion for making a positive social impact through accessible outdoor spaces
