* Enable greatness: Remove blockers and create conditions for teams to excel

* Grow careers: Design personalized development paths for each team member
What We’re Looking For
For Senior Engineers Moving to Management:
* 5+ years hands-on experience with Java, React or Angular (or similar)
* Passion for developing others and sharing knowledge
* Interest in business impact beyond code
* Experience coaching and mentoring junior developers (formal or informal)
For Experienced People Managers:
* Proven track record developing technical talent
* Curiosity about technology and willingness to learn
* Experience with agile methodologies and product development
* Strong coaching and performance management skills
For Both:
* Growth mindset and continuous learning approach
* Experience with modern development practices (CI/CD, testing, etc.)
* Collaborative leadership style
* Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams
Location
This is a remote role with a requirement to attend our Cardiff office once a quarter or as and when required.
