What You’ll Do
* Apply Agile methodologies to design, develop and deliver new features.
* Work collaboratively with the Product Owner to translate customer requirements into elegant solutions.
* Analyse requirements, define specifications and manage delivery through to completion.
* Apply design patterns and best practices, taking responsibility for quality and efficiency of deliverables.
* Produce robust code and conduct peer reviews to maintain quality standards.
* Embed SOLID principles, TDD and refactoring as core practices.
* Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
* Integrate sustainable thinking into development.
About You
* Experience with C# and the .NET framework.
* Knowledge of test automation, TDD, DDD, refactoring and unit testing techniques.
* Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments, including pair programming.
* Understanding of SOLID principles and T‑SQL database design.
* Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React and ORM tools such as Entity Framework.
* Exposure to AI tools for workflow automation and decision‑making is advantageous.
* Knowledge of software architecture, functional programming, and commercial experience.
