This role reports into the Head of Marketing and Communications and will work closely with each of the global functions.
Key responsibilities
1. Lead the global legal directories and awards submission programme on behalf of the function, working in close collaboration with our global BD&M colleagues responsible for the directories and awards submissions in their regions.

3. Develop policies, processes, and guidance to ensure global consistency.
4. Create a global infrastructure to track deadlines, standardize processes, support colleagues, implement best practices, and share rankings and quotes for firm-wide use.
5. Provide editorial support, guidance, and quality control to team members.
6. Draft submissions for legal directories and awards as needed.
7. Ensure data compliance in sharing client and matter information.
8. Manage relationships with directory and awards providers.

* Strong project management, communication, leadership, and influencing skills are required.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual global team, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* A curious mind interested in how directories and awards support client experience programs and firm reputation.
Please let us know if you require additional support or adjustments for your application.
*Experience levels are guidelines; applications from candidates with more or less experience are welcome.
