The overall purpose of the role will involve assisting the Procurement team by ensuring the delivery of all purchasing requirements are made on-time and in full across all business streams in order to fully satisfy customer requirements. You will work with existing and new suppliers to continually develop and improve supply chain flexibility and performance whilst adhering to client regulations. Reporting to the Procurement Category Manager, you will assist with the below key points:
• Obtaining value for money for goods and equipment as required by the business
• Adherence to and promotion of Supply chain best practices
• Building and maintaining collaborative professional relationships with Suppliers
• Reviewing KPI’s to ensure the supply chain is managed effectively
