You will lead and motivate a seasonal team of 2–5, ensuring high standards in grounds and maintenance operations, while promoting a customer-focused ethos.
We would expect the person in this role to use initiative and provide regular updates and reports to our Castlewood Warden, ensuring smooth running of the grounds and maintenance operations.
You will also be expected to identify areas for improvement, put forward positive suggestions, and then, with the agreement with the Castlewood Warden implement and monitor solutions.
This will include ensuring that grass cutting and grounds maintenance works are completed within agreed time scales, ensuring all sites are well maintained, grounds are kept to a high standard, hot tubs and all holiday-lets accommodation is ready for holiday arrivals and maintained areas for holiday home owners surpass expectations
You will also be responsible for implementing other seasonal or structural tasks, such as the winter caravan valet.
This is a full-time, permanent role which may involve working weekends, bank holidays and some evenings.
