Territory Manager – Medical Sales (Surgical)
Location: North West UK
Salary: up to £40,000 Basic + Strong Bonus + Company Car
We are currently working exclusively on behalf of a MedTech organisation operating within the surgical market, seeking to appoint a Territory Manager to cover the North West UK.
This opportunity is well suited to individuals looking to transition into medical sales, with full training and development provided.
Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a defined territory across the North West UK
* Develop new business opportunities within hospital and clinical environments
* Maintain and expand existing customer relationships
* Sell a portfolio of surgical consumables and procedure-based products
* Engage with clinical stakeholders, procurement teams and decision-makers
Requirements
* Background as a Nurse or clinical professional,
* Experience as a Clinical Trainer / Educator,
* 1–3 years medical sales experience,
* B2B sales experience with a desire to move into healthcare
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Commercially driven and motivated to succeed
