The Opportunity
We’re not just hiring—we’re looking for a technical co-founder.
This is your chance to join as a founder and step into a CTO role. You’ll lead the architecture and development of the FAYDER mobile app, drive the technical roadmap, and shape a product built to disrupt the $100B+ sports economy. As a co-founder, you’ll receive meaningful equity and work alongside a mission-driven founding team already plugged into elite athlete networks.
Our Traction
Revenue generating.
So far we’ve built warm relationships with British funding and sports governing bodies within Olympic, Paralympic sports, and Golf, exploring a pilot program with UK Sport + 6 Olympic athletes.
Athletes: 1 athlete trialling an analogue model.
Athlete Pipeline: in conversation with many, including current medal winning Olympic and Paralympic champions.
Role
* Lead development of the FAYDER mobile application from MVP to scale.
* Build features including: athlete profiles, tiered supporter memberships, community chat, real-time updates, video/content access, and direct funding tools.
* Choose and manage the core tech stack and app architecture.
* Own integrations with Stripe, Firebase, push notifications, authentication, etc.
* Implement scalable backend services as needed.
* Collaborate directly with the founder on product, growth, and fundraising.
* Lay the foundations for a future engineering team.
Tech Stack (to be recommended and owned)
Mobile App, Web App, Backend, Payments: Stripe (ideally), Notifications: Messaging, CI/CD pipeline
Who You Are
* A mobile-first engineer (3–5+ years) with full stack chops.
* Experienced in launching consumer-facing apps from scratch (personal or professional).
* Entrepreneurial, independent, and excited by the chance to build a company from the ground up.
* Comfortable taking technical leadership and making product decisions.
* Motivated by real user impact, and passionate about sports, creators, or community tech.
* Open to a high-equity, low-salary (for now) co-founder arrangement.
* Bonus: Familiar with fan platforms, creator tools, social features, or subscription models.
