Support Services Administrator

We are seeking a Support Services Administrator to provide professional, customer-focused administrative support to our Glasgow services. This role offers hybrid working, based in our Glasgow Hub with remote work options, as agreed.
The responsibilities include:
1. Being the first point of contact for the service via in person, telephone, or email
2. Handling incoming mail
3. Providing administrative support to the service
4. Recording referrals and updating our Case Management System
5. Managing financial administration
6. Supporting recruitment and safeguarding administration
The ideal candidate should be well-organized, an effective communicator, and capable of working within an office environment. Essential skills include proven literacy, data input, numerical skills, and experience with Office 365, especially Word and Excel. Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the service is also important.
