12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover) Are you passionate about improving digital experiences and driving customer engagement through data-driven insights? We're looking for a Product Performance Coordinator to help shape the future of our digital platforms across V12 Retail Finance and V12 Personal Finance.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage product improvements and regulatory changes across digital customer touchpoints.
* Support the development and delivery of enhancements to the V12 App and other digital platforms.
* Lead marketing and servicing campaigns to boost app adoption and customer engagement.
* Monitor and report on KPIs across all customer channels, identifying trends and opportunities.
* Translate customer behaviour data into actionable insights that drive innovation.
* Submit business change proposals and support their implementation.
* Collaborate with project managers and business leaders to deliver user-centric solutions that meet regulatory and business expectations.
Qualifications
* Experience working with digital products or customer-facing platforms, ideally in financial services.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and a knack for turning data into clear recommendations.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Familiarity with regulated environments and customer journey mapping is a plus.
* Understanding of personal finance products is desirable.
* Experience with the following tools is beneficial:
* Excel - for data manipulation and performance tracking.
* Power BI - for dashboard creation and KPI visualisation.
* SQL - for querying and extracting data.
* Google Analytics - for monitoring digital engagement.
* Figma - for collaborating on UI/UX design.
