Salary: £28,000 - 32,000 per year Requirements:
* Proven experience in 2nd Line/Desktop support in medium to large organizations
* A solid background in maintenance and support of relevant devices such as PCs, desk phones, and mobiles, among other hardware
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and network fundamentals
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
* A valid UK Driving Licence
Responsibilities:
* Provide responsive IT support across desktop, mobile, and telephony platforms
* Build and deploy devices with the latest software and security standards
* Manage support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and ensure SLA compliance
* Collaborate with vendors and create user-friendly documentation
* Visit remote sites when needed and contribute to service improvements
