Qualifications

1. Good standard of general education
2. Good standard of numeracy and literacy
Experience

3. Experience of working in a team under appropriate supervision
Desirable criteria
4. Previous experience of working within a care environment/NHS
5. Experience of working with the public
Technical Skills Competencies
Essential criteria
6. Understanding of basic physiology e.g. normal vital signs, fluid balance, nutritional requirements etc
7. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (to understand and be understood)
8. Ability to follow clear instruction and feed back to senior staff.
9. Ability to work as part of a team, as well as on own initiative.
10. IT literate
