Tasks
The Opportunity
We're looking for talented and motivated R&D Engineers to join our highly skilled and collaborative team developing next-generation solid-state cooling technologies. You'll play a key role in taking our innovations from lab to market — designing systems, testing prototypes, and delivering high-impact products that help to enable a global transition towards sustainable heating and cooling.
What You'll Do
Design and develop components and systems that improve performance and efficiency.
Plan and run experiments to validate prototypes under lab and real-world conditions.
Create detailed CAD models and engineering drawings.
Enhance manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of our technologies.
Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure technical excellence.
Manage projects or sub-projects, supporting and potentially leading small technical teams.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
2.1 or First-Class Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Thermal Engineering (or related). A PhD is a plus.
Proven experience in R&D or an industrial engineering environment.
Strong practical and analytical problem-solving skills, with hands-on lab or equipment experience.
