Role Description
This is a full or part time, on-site role, with an immediate start. As an
HR Assistant
, you'll support daily HR functions including recruitment, contract preparation, onboarding, employee and partner engagement, and records management. You'll work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and a positive workplace experience for all employees and business partners.
Key responsibilities
* Assist in posting recruitment ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
* Coordinate employee and franchisee onboarding and offboarding processes
* Maintain accurate employee and franchisee records and update internal HR systems
* Help organize training sessions, team events, and engagement activities
* Support payroll and benefits administration
* Handle administrative tasks and ensure HR processes are efficient and compliant
* Be a point of contact for employee and franchisee questions and basic HR support
Qualifications
* Recruitment experience
* Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
* Some operational and accounting experience is a plus
* Exceptionally good at team work
* Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment maintenance is a plus
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
* Highly flexible and solution-driven
