Inbound Telephone based role, Full Time Monday to Friday 9-5:30, £22,368
We are looking for a Property Coordinator for our newly recreated Corporate Property team in Annesley, Nottingham.
Responsibilities
1. To be the sole point of contact for our clients and maintain and build upon the relationship.
2. Ensure any efficiencies are recommended immediately to improve and exceed tenant and landlord requirements.
3. Proactive management on their properties in line with industry standards.
4. Liaise with Clients, Tenants, Contractors and Colleagues in order to deal with any matters that may arise to ensure the wellbeing of the tenants and landlords properties.
5. Arranging contractors to carry out repairs and maintenance as required.
Key Skills
6. Ensuring that our clients and tenants are being updated on all tasks and processes.
7. Ensuring that our HNW landlords received a dedicated and personal 121 service regarding their multi property portfolio.
8. Adapt and react to the challenges that arise quickly and efficiently to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for our landlords.
9. Ability to multi task as you will be managing the entire relationship with tenants and landlords
10. Able to generate and grow new business from existing and new clients.
11. Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
Experience Required
12. Strong communication especially on the phone, influencing and relationship skills, with a customer centric approach (comfortable working with colleagues at all levels within the organisation)
13. First class customer service skills.
14. Ability to work proactively and using your own initiative in a fast paced environment where priorities can change regularly.
