Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.
An opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to support a full-time K-12 caseload in a dynamic school setting. This role involves providing therapeutic services to students across all grade levels within the public school environment. The position is a contract assignment for the current school year.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver occupational therapy evaluations, interventions, and consultations tailored to individual student needs.
* Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
* Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with educational and clinical standards.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to support student success.
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local policies governing therapy services in schools.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Valid Occupational Therapy license.
* Previous experience working with a K-12 school population preferred.
* Strong understanding of pediatric therapy principles within educational settings.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage a full-time caseload effectively.
Location:
* Position based in Perris, CA.
Contract Details:
* Full-time during the 20242025 school year.
