Commercial Litigation Solicitor – 3+ years’ PQE – Devon – £40K-£55K (DOE).

THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will take responsibility for a broad caseload of commercial litigation matters, encompassing commercial disputes, asset and debt recovery, contested probate and property disputes. They will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals, SMEs and larger corporations. The role involves advising clients on risk management and strategic approaches while guiding them through complex and sensitive dispute resolution issues. In addition, the candidate will represent clients at all stages of the dispute resolution process, including negotiations, mediations and court proceedings.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in a commercial litigation position. They will be capable of managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision and will possess expertise across a wide range of matters, including commercial property disputes, breach of contract claims, shareholder and director disputes and contentious probate. Strong client relationship skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with individuals, SMEs and larger businesses.
